This workshop is free and a recording will be available for those who can't attend live. It’s a chance to see whether this nervous system friendly approach feels like the next right step for you. Will you join us?
Yes, everything takes place online. You’ll receive access to the guided session, nervous system guide and community space through my Unfolding Community platform.
No. You’ll still receive access to the workshop and can join the community space for ongoing support.
Yes. The session will be recorded and shared within the Unfolding Community for others who join in the future. This helps the resource grow over time. You’re welcome to attend quietly, and there’s no pressure to appear on screen or speak unless you choose to.
Not at all. You’re welcome to join in whatever way feels right. There’s no expectation to be on camera, speak or share unless you want to. If you do have questions or insights to share in the community, they’re warmly welcome too.
Yes, there is no charge for this first session. You’ll receive the resources and access to the community with no hidden costs or commitments.
That’s completely fine. This session is designed to support anyone exploring how to work in a way that honours energy, capacity and nervous system needs, whether you’re starting something new, returning after a pause or reshaping how you work.
This space is shaped by my lived experience as a woman in midlife and it speaks most directly to those navigating similar paths. That said, if the themes resonate and you feel drawn to this approach, you’re welcome to join with care and respect for the tone of the space.
That’s the hope. If this resonates, there may be future Root & Rise workshops exploring different themes around aligned and sustainable business. There’s also the option of a shared reflective session if enough people feel it would be supportive. I’m letting it unfold based on interest and energy!
