Before there were algorithms, there were fires.
Women have always found ways to gather. To make sense of their lives together, to carry each other's stories, to say out loud what couldn't be said anywhere else. That impulse hasn't gone away. It's just been buried under noise, performance and the relentless pressure to appear polished.
The Firepit exists because that kind of gathering matters. And because midlife is exactly the moment when women most need it.
In a world that feels increasingly fractured and out of control, women who know themselves are quietly becoming the steadying force. Not through grand gestures or performative noise, simply through showing up for each other.
We are done with the noise and the chest beating. Done with rooms requiring us to perform confidence. Done with pretending the messy middle isn't happening.
We don’t need to act as though we have confidence because we value authenticity and vulnerability. We have decades of lived expertise. And when we gather, we create a bank of that collective wisdom for us to share.
Here we are unvarnished. We don't fix each other. We don't advise unless asked. We don't rush to resolution. We sit with what's unfolding and trust that’s where the biggest insights happen.
The Firepit is a space for thinking at the edge. The conversations are raw, exploratory and genuinely generative. The kind that only happens when experienced women feel safe enough to think out loud together.
This is a space for women navigating working through midlife, shedding outdated identities and into claiming their wise woman era. For those dissolving and those emerging. For those who have earned their stripes and are quietly figuring out what comes next.
All of it is welcome here.
The fire is lit. Come as you are.
