Background: Tiffany Kay

I am passionate about assisting people in discovering their authenticity, finding their purpose and working with them to bring their unique contribution into the world. My approach combines the best of leading edge techniques from coaching and therapy to ensure that my clients are able to bring about positive changes easily and effortlessly. I believe we all have the potential to be whatever we want - the challenging bit is being clear what that is!

As a fully qualified practitioner of personal development, my background is in commercial training and development. I ran my own business, an organisational development consultancy, for five years, working with organisations such as Argos, CITB Construction Skills and the NHS in areas such as Leadership Development, Communication Skills, Relationship Building and Team performance. Before forming my own business, I worked in the Training Department of Littlewoods Retail Plc

     

  

Currently I am involved in the co-creation of a number of different projects (see what I am up to by clicking here). I am also writing my first book (watch this space!!)

I was born and grew up in Liverpool and I am keen to play an active part in the regeneration and development of the city. I am a member of the Liverpool 08 Capital of Culture Business Advisory Group. I intend to bring to the city leading edge speakers from across the world to present the emerging techniques in personal development in 2008.

Outside of work, I enjoy a variety of sports. As well as playing tennis at club level, I enjoy watching rugby and I am a supporter of Leicester Tigers where my brother plays.

I juggle running my own business with being a mother of two young sons. I aim to model my own philosophies to demonstrate that the demands of business and parenthood are compatible. My keys to success include balance, wellbeing and authenticity.
